About the Meeting

In this interactive workshop, we will learn a bit about Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. We will discuss how to use these frameworks to improve our interactions with our team mates and the work we do.

Sarah Baca graduated from UCF with her degree in Technical Communication in 2011. Thanks to mentorship and the wonderful people she met in Orlando STC, she has worked as a technical writer, a scrum master, an agile coach, and now serves as a people leader for a team of agile coaches within Cigna technology. She has several scrum master, team-level agile coaching, and enterprise-level agile coaching certifications. Sarah is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work at UCF, with the dream of doing deeply experiential emotional intelligence workshops for leaders.
