The Florida chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) is excited to announce the return of our annual Washlines event. This year, we will be holding Washlines virtually on August 17, 2023 at 6:30-8:30pm EDT.
This meeting promises to be an exceptional one, as we have the pleasure of welcoming back our esteemed chapter members who recently attended the 2023 STC Summit. Prepare to be inspired and enlightened as they share the valuable knowledge and insights they gained during this year’s summit.
Traditionally, our Florida chapter has hosted the renowned “Washlines” annual event – a vibrant and engaging platform where we distill the wealth of information garnered from the Society’s prestigious annual international conference. Over the years, this event has evolved into a dynamic “mini-conference,” featuring a diverse range of formats, from captivating speaker panels to enlightening progression tables.
This year, we’re taking the excitement of “Washlines” to Zoom! We’re thrilled to announce that our August chapter meeting will be held virtually, making it accessible to technical communicators not only across Florida but also beyond our state borders.
