Have you been looking for an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and get more involved with the STC Florida chapter? Come to our annual Leadership Retreat on July 29! This event is free for STC Florida members who are looking to take an active role in the chapter for the coming year or friends of the chapter looking to share ideas.
This free event is open to all STC Florida members and volunteers who are interested in taking on a leadership role in the chapter. At the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn from experienced leaders
- Network with other members of the community
- Brainstorm new ideas and projects
- Develop your leadership skills
RSVP is coming soon! For the first time since 2019, this event will be hybrid, with the ability to attend in-person in Orlando or online through Zoom. We hope to see you there!

We are eager to engage with student members, recent graduates, and veteran chapter members alike. The summer Leadership Retreat serves as a time to review our the previous year’s activities to see what we can improve. We also consider this the kick-off meeting for the upcoming year’s activities. We hope this event will be fun, interactive, and productive for everyone who attends. In addition to our planned chapter business, we have time for discussion, brainstorming, and leadership development activity.
We will be sending further details to attendees following registration on the event including the agenda, meeting information for virtual attendees, parking, and directions to the meeting room.
